All orders are shipped by the band! We typically ship orders 2-3 times a week. 

Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be shipped from when you place the order. 

USPS First Class mail is the standard of our shipping. We can only fit 15 ounces worth of product in a first class mail package. This is most common shipping method we use. It will normally get to its destination in 3 – 7 business days after it's been shipped. 

USPS Priority Mail is for packages over 15 ounces. This usually gets there 2-3 days after its been shipped. 

International Orders: Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Sometimes customs likes to hold packages for no reason. 

If your package is labeled as "Delivered" via USPS and you have not received it, you'll have to contact your local post office with your shipping number. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
